If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 30% fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Late Policy A 5-minute grace period is allowed. After 5 minutes, a late fee may be applied. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to modify their nail design to fit the remaining appointment time, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
